Sandwich has the longest running yearly fair in the state of Illinois where family and friends enjoy local fare and rides. Green pastures, peace and quiet, and friendly neighbors call Sandwich Estates home. The park community has families and retirees. Many who move to our park stay for decades. The combination of the charm of the town and the friendly residences make an unbeatable living experience.
Our Story
Sandwich Estate park features new vinyl siding homes with large square footage. Rooms are spacious with large windows to let in natural light. Many units offer new appliance finishes. There is an onsite management team to help if any issues arise. Homes are well-kept as well as lawns, gardens and streets. There are private roads within the park, offering safer roads for residences. There is also free parking for guests.
